My goal is to support you to become more aware of how your time impacts your health, happiness, and wellbeing. I want to empower you to use time awareness as a resource to create a fulfilling and purposeful life.

The concept is pretty simple, we invest our time together to ensure you have the insights and tools you need to make your time truly matter, in whatever way that makes sense in your life.

The Time Keepers

I send out a monthly email with ideas and reflections on how to live a time aware life. 

This list is for the Time Keepers, folks who want to explore the ways their time allows them to live intentionally and purposefully. They are the first to learn about my new programs and offerings, and they stay in the know about my time research. Together, we explore the occasional time tip, tool, or thought and how it may be useful in our own lives. Consider this a timely invitation to join us. 

Coaching Psychology Session

A private coaching psychology session is a great opportunity if you need a space to pause and unpack a time challenge (or idea or concern). During our time together, we can begin to reflect on your current time habits and how they are impacting your life, work, and/or relationships. From there, we can start to identify meaningful and feasible changes to better align your time with your values and goals.

If we work well together, you are welcome to schedule as many single private coaching sessions as you’d like. 

Time Awareness Intensive

You know you could really benefit from a deep dive into your time use. This might be focused on a specific area of your life (ie. work or leisure time), or you might desire a full review of how your time habits are impacting your life, work, and relationships. This intensive can be scheduled on a one-month or two-month timeline and includes four private coaching sessions along with time awareness tools tailored to your needs to be used between sessions and throughout our time together.

By the end of the coaching experience, you will have:

  • Developed an awareness and understanding of the role your time plays in your overall health and wellbeing 
  • Identified key time habits that are hindering you
  • Explored strategies and changes that will help you to make more intentional choices with your time
  • Created a game plan to more forward with a more time aware lifestyle that supports you to make time for what truly matters

Long-Term Coaching Programs

Developing practices that foster time wellness can take (you guessed it) time. In our extended work together in a 3-month or 6-month coaching program, we will take a long-game approach.

This involves:

  • Reflecting on your current relationship with time
  • Understanding what time wellness means for you (and what that looks like and feels like at this stage in your life)
  • Developing clarity and self-awareness
  • Facilitating, trialing, and adjusting intentional and sustainable time habits.

These long-term programs typically involve biweekly coaching sessions with ongoing exercises and resources to help guide your growth.
