I'm Anna Navin Young.

Time Awareness Coach, Researcher, and Educator, I’m thrilled to welcome you to my coaching studio, my classroom, and my research lab.

Through my work, I help people understand the profound (and often unnoticed) impacts that time has on their decisions, health, and happiness.

We’ve all seen our fair share of time management tips, hacks, and tools on the market. There are plenty of people out there promising to help you save, improve, or otherwise optimize your time.

That’s not what I’m here for.

 

With a background in time research, coaching psychology, and positive psychology, I see how time influences our ability to flourish and thrive individually, at work, and in our relationships.

I’m not going to help you optimize your time to boost your productivity.

(Though our work together might, in fact, help you feel more productive.)

I’m not going to pitch you the foolproof hacks you need to implement in order to fit even more into your already busy schedule.

(Though I will share resources to help you reflect on where your time goes and decide how to make time for the things that truly matter to you.)

I’m not going to tell you to stop watching TV or start working even longer hours.

(Though we will explore how your time habits support your health and wellbeing in a variety of ways.)

I’m not going to try to convince you that you have to track every second of your time from here on out to make sure it’s used productively.

(Though we will reflect on your time use so you can feel confident that your time aligns with your larger values and goals in life.)
